Encouraging Others To Praise God

Praising God is the believers’ privilege, opportunity, and honor in expressing their high appreciation toward God’s greatness. We praise God for His great salvation so rich and free; and we praise Him for His great faithfulness and great grace. The Bible says in Psalm 113:3, From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the LORD'S name is to be praised. (KJV) This passage reminds us to be more mindful of God’s greatness moment by moment. Praise God from whom all blessings flow!
(I) Encourage Others To Praise God In His Sacred Place Psalm 150:1
Our worship place is sacred and it is a dedicated place where we can give praises and thanksgiving to God. It’s a sanctified place where we can worship the True and Living God in spirit and in truth. In Psalm 150:1, it is written, Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. (KJV) Our worship place must be highly revered because it is a holy place where we can pour our hearts unto the Lord and have sweet communion with Him.
Giving praises to God is delightful before His eyes. It should be our desire and commitment to praise the Lord day and night. In Acts 2:47, it is written, Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved. (KJV) This verse makes us aware of the God-glorifying fruit of having unity in giving praises to God. Encourage others to attend Church services to give praises to God and you will be amazed of the great result.
Be joyful if someone invites you to attend Church services so you can give praises to the LORD. David said in Psalm 122:1, I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD. (KJV)

-According to His excellent greatness Psalm 150:2
We may be praising God, but the question is: are we praising Him according to His excellent greatness? Sad to say, but many church attenders are not even singing during congregational singing. We must sing sincere praises to God both with our heart and our mind with clear understanding of God we are worshipping.
The Bible says in I Corinthians 14:15, What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also. (KJV) Never sing praises to God Almighty half-heartedly or without understanding.
The psalmist wrote in Psalm 150:2, Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. (KJV) We must lift up our voices and blend them with others collectively as we sing praises unto the Lord. Our God is so great and His mighty acts are awesome. Truly, the Lord is worthy to be praised exceedingly in sincerity and in truth.
Through spiritual music Psalm 150:3-5
Music is essential in giving praises to God. Christian musician should not belittle their role in every Church gathering, but understand well that what they are doing for the Lord is a significant part of worshipping the True and Living God. In Psalm 150:3-5, it is written, Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. 4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. 5 Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. (KJV) Spiritual music is soul-lifting and God-glorifying.
Throughout the days of our lives Psalm 150:6
As long as we live, it should be our desire and conviction to give praises unto the Lord with gladness of heart. In Psalm 150:6, it is written, Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD. (KJV) Our life on earth is so short, and for such reason, we must take advantage of every opportunity to give praises to our Heavenly Father, to the Lord Jesus Christ, and to the Holy Ghost.
Spiritual insights to live by:
Singing praises unto God is not for the dead, but for living believers with appreciative hearts. Don’t let others count us as dead by not giving praises to the True and Living God. The psalmist said in Psalm 115:17-18, The dead praise not the LORD, neither any that go down into silence. 18 But we will bless the LORD from this time forth and for evermore. Praise the LORD. (KJV) As we are still alive, we must keep on praising God individually and collectively for His honor and glory.
Let God Almighty be praised forevermore!
